工艺流程/Schematic：
入板→酸洗→溢流水洗→磨板→喷砂/冲污水→HF水洗→超声波浸洗→高压水洗→HF水洗→DI水洗→干板组合→出板
Input→Acid Rinse→Cascade Wr/s→Scrubbing→Master Jet→HF Wr/s→Ultrasonic Dip→High Pressurized Wr/s→HF Wr/s→DI
Wr/s→Drying Module→Output
